Processing Time
All orders are roasted fresh and processed within 2–5 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Estimated delivery times are:

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
USMIL Coffee Co. is not responsible for shipping delays once your order has been handed off to the carrier. This includes delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier-related issues.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@usmil.com. We will do our best to assist you and, when applicable, help file a claim with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Reshipment of returned or undeliverable packages may incur additional charges.
