At USMIL Coffee Company, we roast and package each order with care and attention to detail. Due to the perishable nature of our coffee products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason unrelated to a shipping error or product damage.

All Sales Are Final

Because coffee is a consumable product, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect items ordered by the customer

  • Dissatisfaction with taste or preference

Please confirm your selections carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. To process your claim, we require:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence of the product and packaging. 

  • Your original order number

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
